Sarakura, an area suitable for winter brewing, and continues to produce delicious sake using techniques passed down through the generations and pure spring water.The local sake is popularly known as "Tenshin."

We deliver "Seki mackerel," a type of mackerel caught in Saganoseki, Oita Prefecture, that is exceptionally fresh and delicious, directly to you every day.The fish are kept alive in the tank until the very last moment, and then butchered and served after the order is placed.So it may still be moving immediately after being served!
